CNC Horizontal blade Foam Cutting Machine with High Efficiency

CNCHK-9.2 is continuous blade cutting machine, the advantage is its fast cutting speed, which is 3-5 times that of horizontal oscillating blade for contour cutting foam materials with ordinary hardness.

The CNC foam cutting machine adopts absolute value of system, stable and reliable, designed with automatic foam size measuring device, press roller, motorized turntable, etc., easy to operate.

Central knife guide is optional which can improve the cutting accuracy.

The foam cutting machine can be built with standard conveyor belt table or motorized turntable upon request.

The foam cutting machine is good choice for foam, furniture and mattresses production. It can be integrated to an automatic cutting line, to shorten downtime and save man-power.
