CNC Foam Cutting Machine with High Efficiency

CNCHK-9.4 is continuous blade cutting machine for slicing block into sheets horizontally. The CNC foam cutting machine adopts absolute value of system, stable and reliable.

Thanks to the high level of automation, including automatic foam feeding and unloading, resulting in various advantages for foam fabrication including improved dimensional accuracy and fast cutting speed.
This foam cutting machine can be easily integrated to an automatic cutting line, by adding vacuum device and vertical foam cutter or other Healthcare CNC foam cutting machines, which significantly improves working efficiency, reduce processing times and save man-power.

Because of high cutting accuracy, dust-free cutting and simple operation, this CNC foam cutting machine is ideally suitable for use in the production of foam, mattress, and furniture, etc.
The cutting line can be connected with block storage system, moving blocks from storage area and also delivering the remaining block which is not completely used back for storage by automatic transportation system.
